Where are Elbahya products made?
All of our skincare are U.S FDA-approved products. We produce all of our pure oils in morocco under authority laboratory approval process to ensure that we provide the highest quality oils for our customers.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. At Elbahya, we care about animals and the environment. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.
Do your products contain sunscreen or SPF?
No.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products do not contain gluten. However, please consult with a doctor in general before using any product if you have a severe health condition or allergy.
Do your products contain alcohol, sulfates, PABAs, or parabens?
None of our products contain none of these harsh chemicals and we take great pride in that. Our focus is to provide all-natural and organic products, without the use of harsh chemicals.
Can I use your products if pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult with your doctor for more information. Some doctors have different opinions and advice when it comes to natural products.
How does shipping work?
We offer a two-day and ground shipping service. Our products are shipped by Amazon, so your package will arrive in an Amazon FBA box.
Do you provide tracking number for orders ?
Yes. when order is shipped to your address we will send the tracking number via email and you will be able to track your order in your account or via our website using the (TRACK MY ORDER) main menu.
How does return work ?
We offer a 30 day no quibble return service – if you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will arrange for the return and refund.
